Shipping & Returns
- Effective 2/25/2008 orders will only be shipped to the customers billing address. We have instituted this policy to protect our customers from potential fraudulent activity. We apologize for this inconvenience when purchasing gifts and the like.
- All orders receive free shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.
- All orders greater than $100 qualify for free Priority shipping with free tracking.
- All orders between $0 and $100 are shipped uninsured First Class or Parcel Post mail through the United States Postal Service with tracking.
- Most orders will ship within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Occasionally some items are backordered and may take as long as 2 weeks to deliver. Should the wait time be longer than 1 week, a representative will contact you immediately.
- Orders that are incorrectly shipped may be returned at no charge, customers must contact us here for further instructions.
- Orders that have not shipped may be cancelled at any time prior to their shipping. Customers must contact us here for further instructions.
- Any order that is unopened may be returned within 30 days of shipment. These returns are suject to a 10% restocking fee, and all orders that receive free shipping will be charged an additional $9.95. Customers must contact us here for further instructions.
- Any order that is opened and used may not be returned under any circumstances.
- Any products that arrive with minor damage can not be returned so long as they are useable (for example, if the cardboard box that holds the product is dinged, but the product inside is still whole and undamaged). Only significantly damaged products may be exchanged, and only if we are contacted within 72 hours of receipt of your product.
